We have a pet shop here in Nelspruit that has just been closed down for buying animals from puppy mills and also for keeping their animals in inhumane conditions. The store was located in a warehouse that had no air-conditioning and the poor pets were in small cages in sweltering heat with not enough water! Wish the law was harsher here for this sort of thing.
