We do our best to lower shipping charges as much as possible.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer,
therefor we can not control those charges.

Returns : We want to keep your pet healthy.

Due to health regulations, and the sensitivity of some breeds to diseases, all pet products (i.e. pet beds,  plush toys, pet carriers and pet clothes) are non-refundable and considered final sale.  If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you answer any product questions and find what's right for your pet. 

Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. We provide sizing charts for all of our designer dog clothes, crate covers, pet beds, pet houses and collar 

Exceptional return:

DO NOT send item without contacting 4-Legged first as ALL returns require a Return Request Form to be filled out.

If Accepted, amount paid will be credited after returned items, minus shipping and 20% restocking fee.

Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, we will issue refund for the items returned, less the actual shipping charge.

• Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
• We ONLY accept damaged product, if item is returned in original, unused condition, tags attached, no smells, and in original packaging.
• 4-Legged is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
• Returns are accepted solely at our discretion.

All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Any damaged merchandize will be replaced with no additional charge!!!
