Contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in USA mainland only.

One photo per month per dog.

By submitting photos to the contest, you verify that you are the photographer AND copyright holder for each photo submitted.

Judging is done by 4-legged at the end of the month. Winners will be notified via email; they will be announced on the web site on the first of the month or shortly thereafter. All decisions are final.
