For expedite or international shipping: please use the"Ask a question about this product" at the product page under the ADD TO CART. Add your address and phone number with your question. We'll get back to you as soon as we have an answer.
After shipping we'll email the tracking number for your order.
We do our best to lower shipping charges as much as possible.
Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and some are made to order. That is why you may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses.
We note the approximate delivery time on each item detail page, but normally items ship much faster. Some items that are custom made to order may require additional time. In that case we'll notify you
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
